so recently in the real world ive been spending a hell of alot of money thought it was auctally gonna save some this month to guess thats not so, brought myself a Nintendo DS with a few games. also managed to sign up to a gym esporta which i managed to join half price thanks to a friend of mine, went in there met a guy turns out this guy who signed me up for the membership went to college with me a few years ago which is why i got a large discount also apparently also they had changed there computer system about which also turned in my favor only thing is i have to pay 50 quid again on the 1st of april still i saved around 50-60 pound in total.

Also got a few games for my PS3 this month Conan,Grand Turismo and im contemplating on getting the new grand theft auto although everyone always hypes it up to be a godl ike game and i get all riled up buy it then play it and im just never that impressed so this time around ive ignored all comments on it so i don’t have such a great expectence for it this time around which means it may possibly be fun for me.

Funny thing happened at work today i was on my break ready to fall asleep so i decided to buy a few cans of red bull to try keep me awake and my boss sees me with these cans and starts yelling at me infront of 20 other people telling me i could be fired for buying alcohol and im going to have to go do a meeting until i took them out my bag and said its just red bull ? 0.o needless to say he had to apologise infront of like 20 people and made himself look like a total dick which was pretty amusing to see although most managers usually make themselves look like retards daily so the novelty kind of wears off after abit

Pro Evolution Soccer

When i first got this game i thought it was complete crap but as i’ve started playing it more its gotten better and better and the control system to me is brilliant its auctally a game you can have fun with sure the thing that really bugs me is the club names are not proper for instance liverpool are Merseyside Red Man Utd are Man Red and Arsenal are North London however all the players have their respective names but enough about that as i started playing the game i realised i was auctally having fun there are tons of way to score goals loads of little trick passes you can do, ok it doesn’t look exactly realistic and you can score from corners but hey remember that kanu goal vs chelsea he pretty much scored from the corner line aswell so its possible.

I mean sure you can tackle your own goal keeper the game bugs completely sometimes so your goal keeper seems like he’d prefer to save stuff with his face or rather than his hands or maybe even switches sport and decide hes playing rugby instead and i guess some of the players look a tad psychotic but it just increased the fun to me. they added some realism with diving so if you get stuck in a sticky situation just try and do a clever dive to get a freekick when you weren’t auctally fouled or a penalty if your lucky.

The main issues with Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 to me is the fact that players can seemingly warp only by abit but it means you foul them when 0.1 of a second before that u were right infront of them standing face to face then all of a sudden they stopped time and turned around then reactivated it just as you slide into the back of them, the fouls you do don’t always make sense if u crunch two leg tackle them you will only get a yellow were if you bump them slightly instant red go figure 0.o.

I hate the fact the teams do not have there proper names although apparently you can edit them so they have proper names personally myself i can not be bothered to do that but i’ve learnt to live with the names on top of that the graphics are not the best in the world very Fifa 2004ish but again its something i can live with because it definetly has good gameplay,the only thing i see hurting Pro Evolution Soccer is the lack of Manger Control you can set up your formation decide tactics move various players about but you can’t auctally do any transfering at all as far as i seen

Overall i’d rate Pro Evolution Soccer a top game and definetly worth a try if you love the old fifa games and don’t mind not using the real club names

I’ve Always been a Fifa man through and through but….

Fifa 2008 is a game which i can honestly say i am not a fan of sure the club names are proper and its more realistic but its just that quality that turns me off it i mean some of the shots you can miss are unbelieveable it just seems once you score 1 or 2 goals in different ways every goal after that is the same so you figure out one way to score, theres no need to think anymore just keep doing that same tactic over and over again and load up the goals, the camera issues are dodgy i like the fact you can take control of one player but in my opinion it was poorly designed as i felt a complete lack of control over the player and couldn’t really do anything with the crappy camera angles yes i tried different ones but they all sucked ass if you want to pass about to your team mates or make clearences its tolerable but if you want to try score with your controlled player get on your knees and start praying cause it ain’t gonna happen.

The plus’s are it has insanely good graphics and looks very realistic but for a game to rely on its graphics soley is one piss poor game plus it has the proper team names.players the ability to transfer players etc which pro evolution lacks but they seem to have destroyed the game that is Fifa, for example take fifa 2002-2006 they were good 2007 wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either, did they fire there old staff and hire retards i would say yes, however if you like to play games with really bad gameplay issues but good graphics then Fifa is probally for you however if you want to auctally have fun playing a game then its definetly not for you

My birthdays just passed and i recieved Conan as a late birthday present so i decided to try it out from first looks its not to bad after playing it for a few hours my thoughts were just another random guy running around with a sword hacking things in half and to be honest for a PS3 game the graphics were quite poor granted i have not tried it on my HDD tv yet but i don’t think it’d improve enough for it to bring it out of crapland graphic wise the gameplay at first isn’t to bad lots of dodging parrying/hacking and slashing to be found but once you really get down to it its nothing more than hold down block parry there blows slash and back into block mode I’ve only got as far as the 4th part mainly because im to bored with it to proceed pass that part the different combo’s you can do are interesting to start and the idea of stamping on someones head to kill them is funny but once you’ve done it 500 times it gets old, personally i would not reccomend buying it unless your a huge Conan fan or like playing the hacky slash games that require you to press two buttons or a game you could play in your eyes closed.

Picked up Grand Turismo Prologue which im currently waiting to install will write more on that later when ive had a chance to play it.

So I’ve recently installed EQ2 to play tried out the new expansion RoK currently level 35 Fury and level 30 Troubadour both Half Elves , I decided to start off in Timourous Deep and do the quest line i found out after a few questing lines that the quest rewards were auctally decent its like the designers had auctally put some thought into the armour and gave us several pieces of armour so we sort of had a set that matched and we didn’t look like one of those retard kids at a school fair who just sprays themselves with as many different colours as possible just to stand out and all that it ends up as everyone silently mocking them but it gets better i found out the quested level 10-15 gear is better or on par with quested/treasured lvl 30 stuff and in some cases better than legendary.Mastercrafted items but hey typical mmo there bring out new expansion make new items 10x better than the old throw all that time you spent sitting your ass infront of that pc getting items from previous expansions only to have sand kicked in your face and told your items are now worthless typical mmo.

They seem to have put a pretty good story line for RoK and how you can save the sarnak race from the evil bird men looking creatures and as your culling down these down in the thousands they turn around and say auctally they might of helped create us but oh well fuck it continue killing them! which i like mass genocide on a video game is always a fun thing just to bad you can’t fucking kill gnomes annoying little bastards but i diverse my overall view of RoK so far is its a pretty successful expansion and for the first time in 5/6 years im auctally going to say Well Done SoE you put together a half decent expansionso far

Apparently they fucked load of the megolomaniac hardcore raiders and just raiders in general because apparently there are some Major err “Minor” gameplay issues, Raids being few and far between,broken items broken quest issues at higher level but hey i’ll wait till i get there before i start bitching

Ok so i have a 50 pound overdrawn limit on my card fair enough right get a letter telling me im over 70 pound overdrawn bit with all the money in my bank and the fact that i have the limit means i have around 250 pound unaccounted for and fuck if i know where its gone, so i tried to ring there helpline 10 minutes to answer my phone damn it and its more than likely i’ll get some twat that doesn’t know what hes talking about or one that doesn’t understand english.

Ok so recently i got oblivion game of the year edition and decided to check it out to see if its any improvement from the old oblivion (it came with the two expansions) Now first i must say ive never been much into modding shit to much hell i still use default UI on wow with only a few pieces of random crap i feel i need but since i started fresh on oblivion i decided why not make a spell caster its something, I’ve never really done before so i decided to make a Male Breton Magician i made my own Custom class think i believe the games auto choices for classes kinda screws your class over and adds weaknesses which don’t get me wrong i like abit of difficulty but it seems to give you 3/4 good skills per class then gives you random crap your really not going to need or atleast thats my opinion

Anyway on to it i was talking to a friend who said he found an interesting mod which percued my interest remember all that mage crap were rooting out necromancy everywhere Bla bla yet if u walked into the mages guild with a necromancer robe on, no one really gave a toss remember, how as hard as you looked the game was dead set on not letting you become or find any real necromancer spells raise armys of undead set innocent people on fire and fun things like that?

Well check out the Lich mod its the funnest mod ive found so far basically what it does is let you take the path of necromancy and turn yourself into Lich with some amazing Bonuses i might add you get increased Destruction skill new spells death touch and other funs spells the only draw back is if u acidently click reveal true form which is lich form while in lich form you bug/crash your whole game i mean it still works fine but u just have to go back to a previous save

Hey Im Richard pretty much been gaming since i was about 12 it all started when i got my first PC and played Might and Magic Clouds of Xeen (the one with like 500 Floppy Disks)

I then moved on to settlers of which i had to auctally upgrade my monitor for that from there on i was pretty much hooked i moved on to bigger and better games, I got given Ultima Online thus the start of my online gaming Career I managed to build up considerable reputation of being a bastard on UO jeesh you kill a few thousand people and suddenly you become the anti christ? anyway after a few years of playing Ultima i decided it was becoming outdated and i should move on

Chance be it as i decided that my uncle came home with Everquest One It intrigued me so i decided to go watch it i was instantly hooked on it after creating 3000 characters i finally settled on a Dwarf Warrior and a High Elf Cleric of which i sold the Cleric for 2000 US Dollars, Again it kept my interest for a few years of which Eq2 Caught my eye it didn’t really keep me entertained for to long and i soon moved on to wow

I joined wow after playing my cousins account and decided to start up a UD warrior and a Dwarven Warrior on seperate servers and pretty much played them both non stop of which i managed to obtain the rank of Grand Marshal and High Warlord which again i sold the account and started a new one of which i am currently playing and have a level 70 druid and 68 Rogue and am currently raiding TK/SSC
